Toothey McGee
Little Mamasita is getting so big!
In addition to her 2 bottom teeth, Mia's got a top tooth and another on the way. Poor girl is having a bit of a hard time with these. We call her our little jack-o-lantern.
We're not on finger foods yet (still worried about choking), but she does love her homemade apples, pear and cinnamon breakfast snack. For dinner she gets a chicken, sweet potato and apple puree from Mom's kitchen. Tastes like Thanksgiving.
Morning naps are getting more routine. Afternoon naps, not so much. Oh, I think she's getting up now - we're off to Grandma and Grandpa's so I can get to the gym.
We love her so very, very much!

Poor girl....
So Mia's stubborn little tooth has STILL not cut through. And now she has 2 more breaking the surface, for a total of 3 bottom toothies! Yowzers. I hope they hurry up already.

Move Over Heidi Klum!
Mia's 6 month stats are in - 15lbs, 13oz (47th percentile) and 27.5"L (96th percentile). Pediatrician thinks her body type will be long and slender. Lucky girl! She's going to be taller than Momma by the time she's 12.
Her check-up went great, but I always cry during shot time. I hate that. Needles make me want to run for the hills. Needles on my baby make me a sad panda. Anyway, all is well. She's healthy, happy, meeting her milestones and moving right along. Doc told me to go ahead and start baby-proofing, because this little one is going to be mobile before we know it. Yikes.
